At Aston and Cote we have our kitchen on site. We work in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council to make the whole school meal experience a good one for our children. Sarah cooks delicious high-quality meals for us. There is a new menu with great choices produced twice a year and OCC use locally sourced products wherever they can.

Children choose what they would like to eat in the morning during register and enjoy sitting with their friends in the hall to eat each day with a focus on conversation and good manners. The standard of food is excellent and offers superb value for money. A hot school meal is provided free of charge to all pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. Pupils in Nursery and Key Stage 2 can choose to purchase a school meal.

Parents can pay for meals online using ParentMail or they can opt to provide packed lunches. We are a healthy school so we ask respectfully that there are no sugary and/or fizzy drinks, sweets or chocolate.
