Our Facilities

We are very fortunate to have fantastic grounds and facilities to support our learning. The school playground space features two hard surfaces, a mound, an area where we can get creative and a large field. We enjoy climbing on Monkey Mayhem, our adventure trim trail, at play times and we love exploring our Forest School area. We have a beautiful spiritual garden decorated with prayer flags made by our Year 6 pupils – a small seating area provides the perfect space for class collective worship or an outdoor story session. Our large outdoor classroom can be used throughout the year. The children in both our nursery and reception classes have bespoke outdoor learning spaces whilst the school field benefits from a running track around the outside which is perfect for our daily Five Minute Workout.

Belamy Class benefits from its own large secure garden area which includes a play area with a sandpit; a muddy area; paths for bikes; a climbing frame, a large canopy and beautiful storytelling chair. Fletcher Class pupils also have their own secure garden complete with a stage, water play feature, storytelling chair and a sandpit.

Within the school building itself, we have 7 classrooms. The well resourced non-fiction library can be accessed by children in all classes. Our school hall is where we gather for collective worship and is home to our brand new wall bars which we thoroughly enjoy using for indoor P.E. In the School House there are two additional teaching spaces for small group work and a nurture area in which we can deliver support for individuals or small groups of children.
