Aston and Cote School, is a values-based school. We strongly believe that this approach establishes a strong foundation to build the children's character. The values will help the children to make decisions about how to lead their lives and become happy, responsible citizens.

Matthew 25: 14 – 30

The Parable teaches us that God has given each one of us various 'talents' and abilities and if we work hard and put these 'talents' to good use then He will reward us. At Aston and Cote, we learn that by working hard we can grow the talents we have been given.

Our Values

Our core Christian values are at the heart of everything we do and help us to deliver a positive and caring ethos where every individual is valued and respected. Each term we study a new value in depth, the values are linked to a key Bible Character which we explore through Collective Worship.

The values are modelled by our staff, discussed by the whole school, shared with the wider community and celebrated. Through the explicit teaching we discover how showing the value impacts our lives and the lives of others.
